Community Easter Hunt

11th Annual Premont Cactus 4-H
Community Easter Celebration
March 27, 2010

To the Good Citizens and Dedicated Businesses of Premont:
Once again, the Premont Cactus 4-H Club is sponsoring its annual Community Easter Celebration for the children of Premont and the surrounding areas.
Each year the club provides free games, activities, crafts, prizes and several Easter Egg Hunts throughout the day for the children of this area at no cost to the children or to their parents. This event is held at the Premont Public Park and is provided as a service to our home community. To date, this will be our 11th year and each yea, the events and offerings expand. It is a special event for the families of our community and we need your help to make it a success!
The reason we are contacting you today is to ask for your help with this event. Would you please help us to help the children of our city?
Each year, we have more and more kids who come and enjoy themselves for a day of good old fashioned fun. We need donations from our fellow citizens in order to accommodate the growing number of children who participate in this annual event.
We need:
*Candy suitable for younger children (no jawbreakers or dangerous items, please),
*Small prizes, toys and stuffed animals that can be made into Easter Prize baskets
*Refreshments and ice
*Other misc. items or funds to purchase necessary items.

If you would like to help with any of these items or if your business or group would like to participate in this event, please contact:
Gretchen Saenz#348-4051 or Anna Chapa #348-3213
Chris Moralez #455-1326 or Tessa Bowman #348-2226
Cathy Lee #348-2027 or Tammy Martinez #348-2061
We will begin accepting donations on February 1, 2010. Donations can be dropped off at the Jim Wells County PCT #4 Commissioners Office in Premont or we can arrange for pickup if desired.
Your contributions are extremely welcomed and your generosity and cooperation in this event will truly benefit our community.

Thank You!
